Terms and Conditions

Calm Consulting Pty Ltd, trading as ‘Suicide Programs’

In these terms and conditions, 

“Calm” refers to Calm Consulting Proprietary Limited (ABN; 40 623 534 716).

1. In relation to the online course/s, you acknowledge the following:-

1.1        Your course registration is completed when you have been issued a weblink, username and password to access the online course/s;

1.2        Log in access will be active on the date of payment, and for a period of 60 days;

1.3        The course/s are not transferrable to any other party once the course/s have been commenced or completed.

2.    Payment of course fees

2.1        Payment for the course/s must be made in full prior to the access unless otherwise agreed.

3.     Course/s materials

3.1        Course/s materials are supplied in pdf format;

3.2        It is participants responsibility to save and/or print any notes or content for reference and exercise purposes during the course/s;

3.3        The content of the online course/s, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Calm; and

3.4        No reproduction or distribution of any part of the course/s material, including but not limited to all assessment, content, supporting documents, Art or online material can be made without the prior written consent of Calm;

3.5        Participants must not use any course/s materials for any purpose other than which it was intended;

3.6        The printing of the Workbooks supplied with the course/s is for your exclusive use only and may not be reproduced more than once for this purpose;

3.7        You must not distribute the Workbooks or use any of its contents to formally train or advise others who have not enrolled in the online course/s.

4. Cancellations and fees (if applicable)

4.1        Should Calm cancel the course/s for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of fees and there will be no administrative charges or penalties.

5. Withdrawal during the course/s (if applicable)

5.1       If there are participant cancellations prior to or during the course/s, the enrolee will not be entitled to a refund.

5.2       A Certificate of Completion will only be issued when participants have been satisfactorily completed the full course/s.

6. Confidentiality and privacy

6.1       Calm will make all reasonable efforts to keep any confidential information that we have about you secure and to ensure that any of Calm’s employees or agents who may have access to that information about you do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.

Information will only be disclosed on the following basis:-

6.2.1          To the extent specifically required by law;

6.2.2          For the purposes of this agreement (including disclosing information in connection with any query or claim).

6.2.3       Information provided by you to us is considered to be confidential and will not be divulged to any third parties nor will it be sold or passed over to any other mailing lists.
